摘　　要：企业资源计划ERP系统是20世纪90年代出现的最热门的信息系统之一,文章从理论和实践上对ERP系统的设计与实现予以了全面的介绍,为ERP系统的设计与成功实施提供参考.Enterprise Resource Planning system is the most pop information sysytem in 90 decade of 20 century, this paper have given a general introducing about the design and the realization of ERP system on the aspect of theoretics and practice, and have provided a referrence of succeed in ERP actualizing.
