摘 要:对用脲硫酸溶液分解磷矿一步法制复混肥的工艺过程进行了系统研究。在脲硫酸复肥生产新工艺中,酸解剂配比、反应温度、磷矿粉细度、搅拌强度等工艺条件对磷矿分解率和气相氟逸出率均产生影响,其中酸解剂配比是最主要的影响因素。在酸解剂组成为尿素:硫酸(物质的量比)=3.6:1、反应温度为60~85℃、搅拌速率为400r/min、磷矿粉细度-100目条件下,对不同品位的活性适中的磷矿,磷矿初期分解率可达80%以上,气相氟选出率可降至10%以下,生产操作环境得以改善,氟污染处理费用可节约,是一种清洁型的磷复肥生产工艺。A new process of compound fertilizer production in one step is introduced in which urea - sulfuric acid decomposed phosphorus rock. The effects of acidulation agent, reaction temperature, size of phosphorus rock and stirring speed .on phosphorus rock decomposition rate and fluorine emission rate in the urea sulfuric acid compound fertilizer process are studied. Experimental results indicate that the acidulation agent is the major factor affecting on phosphorus decomposition rate and fluorine emission, under the conditions of the mole ratio of urea : sulfuric acid = 3.6 : 1, reaction temperature 60 -85℃, stirring speed 400 r/min, size of phosphorus rock -100 mesh, the decomposition rate can be up to 80%, fluorine emission rate in gas phase decrease to less than 10%, the operation environment can be improved, and the cost of pollution control can be economized,it is really a new clean process for phosphate and compound fertilizer production.
