摘　　要：阐述了调度员培训仿真系统(DTS)的结构和功能,指出了DTS系统在华北电网度夏联合反事故演习中存在的不实用性及其原因,并提出了提高DTS系统在华北电网度夏联合反事故演习中实用性的管理措施和技术措施。Structure and function of Dispatcher Training Simulator（DTS） is presented. And it was found not practical in the anti-fault maneuver of North China Grid Company in order to meet the maximum power supply for the summer peak demand. The causes were pointed out. Management and technical measures for promoting DTS application is put forward.
