网络新闻产生失实现象的原因及对策

摘　　要：网络新闻产生失实现象的原因主要有以下几点:第一,网络媒体的交互性特点使得各种信息包括有害和虚假信息可以随时随地发布;第二,互联网信息发布出口的多元化环境和信息源的多元化,使因特网成为一个无中心的开放性系统;第三,网络媒体所特有的技术优势也为网络新闻的真实性蒙上了面纱;第四,网络新闻传播中无把关人、无中央控制性的特点成为核实新闻真实性的障碍;第五,网络新闻的速度竞争是产生网络假新闻的重要原因。对此,我们应制定和完善相关政策法规,用行政和法律的手段全面封杀造假者;要实行媒体问责制,出了问题追究媒体第一责任人的责任,强化媒体的把关意识;要加强对编辑记者的培训,提高其识别虚假新闻的能力;要加强网络新闻工作者的职业道德建设,一旦发现虚假新闻,立即更正并尽量清除,以防误导更多人。In recent years, the wide spread of the network and the quick extension of the media have speeded up information exchange and extended people＇s news vision, However, various media as well as every comer of the intemet are swamped with counterfeit news, which draw people＇s attention to the factuality of intemet news. By analyzing the features of Intemet news and the reasons why intemet news tends to be fake as well as the strategies to boycott them, this paper attempts to avoid the unfounded internet news in the hope that a more trustworthy artificial world could be formed on intemet and that the creditability of intemet media could be improved.
