摘  要:以大港和克拉玛依焦化蜡油(CGO)为原料,在重油微反装置上对其催化裂化多产丙烯的可行性进行了研究。结果表明,与CGO中氮化物尤其是碱性氮化物会造成FCC催化剂严重碱氮中毒不同,氮化物对多产丙烯催化剂的影响则相对较小;CGO的烃类组成和氢含量是影响丙烯收率的主要因素。同时,在相对较低的CGO重油转化率下,多产丙烯催化剂仍能获得较高的丙烯收率和丙烯选择性。在多产丙烯催化剂中掺兑适宜比例的FCC催化剂对于提高CGO重油转化率和丙烯收率是有利的。The feasibility of enhancing propylene yield by catalytic converting coker gas oil (CGO) was investigated in a micro-activity test unit using Dagang CGO and Kelamayi CGO as feedstocks, respectively. Although nitrogen compounds, especially basic nitrogen compounds, in CGO were well-known poisons for FCC catalyst, little influence from them was observed on the performance of catalyst for propylene production based on this study. The hydrocarbon compositions and/or hydrogen content of CGO were the main factors affected the yield of propylene. Even at relatively low CGO conversion, high propylene yield and selectivity could be obtained over the catalyst for propylene production. Test results also showed that adding appropriate portion of conventional FCC catalyst to catalyst for propylene production could improve heavy oil conversion and overall propylene yield.
