摘　　要：近年来一些适合人体生理需要和使用的胰岛素类似物和非注射式胰岛素逐步上市,胰淀素类似物和胰高血糖素样肽类新型降糖激素类药物也已研发上市。这些新药的出现,为糖尿病患者平稳地控制血糖提供了更多的选择。现着重对其作用特点、临床应用及安全性加以介绍和比较。Insulin analogues and inhaled insulin, which are more mimic as the physiological needs of insulin and significantly greater improvements in overall satisfaction of glucose control, ease of use, and social comfort than the traditional insulin preparations, have been recently marketed. In addition, other glucose-lowering hormonal agents including the synthetic analogue of amylin and glucagon-like peptide derivatives have been approved, which offered more alternative options for patients with diabetic mellitus. This review highlights the characteristics and therapeutic advantages of these new glucose-lowering agents.
