摘 要:目的:分析中青年肾移植患者服用环孢素A天数、服药剂量与血药浓度,年龄、血红蛋白与体内红细胞,血糖、钠与钾的三维图像的变化,为临床合理用药提供参考,并研究体内指标与年龄的相关性。方法:将中年与青年肾移植患者的服药剂量、服药天数与年龄、红细胞、血红蛋白、血糖、钾、钠6项指标分为3组,采用MATLAB7.0分析所得三维图像。结果:三维图像显示患者年龄、服用天数与指标存在关系。结论:中、青年患者年龄与服药对体内5项指标有影响。Objective: To investigate the correlation of days and dosage of cyclosporine A (CsA) administered with other blood test outcomes including blood-CsA level, age, levels of Hgb, sodium and potassium, erythrocyte and glycemia in kidney transplantation recipients at the middle and young age. Methods: A retrospective analysis was used to dispose the 3-D correlationship of dosing status (days and dosage) of CsA with other blood test results by a MATLAB 7.0 program. The analytic categories were divided into three groups based on 5 indicators. Results: The 3-D correlationship of age and days of CsA with the other blood test outcomes was found. Conclusion : The age of administers and administration period of CsA after kidney transplantation were closely impacting other blood test outcomes.
