设立老年护理门诊社会需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨设立老年护理门诊的可行性。方法对293例门诊就诊对象进行老年护理门诊社会需求调查,并将调查结果进行分析。结果98.0%调查对象认为医院应该设立老年护理门诊以满足就医者的健康咨询。结论有病就医已不再是人们到医院的唯一目的,设立老年护理门诊可满足老年患者多元化的需求,护理学科的发展现状能够满足老年护理门诊的需求,老年护理门诊的设立将强化医疗门诊的作用。Objective To explore the feasibility of establishing outpatient nursing service for.aged patients, Methods A survey on social needs for outpatient nursing service for aged patients were performed on 293 aged outpatients and the results were analyzed. Results 98.0% of the surveyed old patients thought the hospital should establish outpatient nursing service for aged patients to meet the needs of health consultation from the old outpatients. Conclusion It is not a sole purpose for people to see a doctor. Establishment of outpatient nursing service for aged patients may meet the needs of all sorts, Meanwhile, the development of nursing can meet the need and the establishment is sure to reinforce the function of clinical department of a hospital.
