基质种类和ABT对欧洲绣球离体生根的影响

摘  要:欧洲绣球在我国大部分地区结实能力差,用种子繁殖极为困难。为解决其繁殖问题,自2003~2006年对欧洲绣球的离体繁殖特性进行试验,用泥炭、珍珠岩和果园腐殖土配制的9种基质进行欧洲绣球离体生根试验。结果表明,在泥炭基质上欧洲绣球插穗平均生根率达94.4%,根长和根数显著高于含果园腐殖土的各基质。电导率是影响扦插培养的主要因素,欧洲绣球扦插基质的电导率应控制在1.10μs/cm以下,果园腐殖土基质电导率高达2.46μs/cm,不适宜作为扦插基质。ABT处理表明,ABT对欧洲绣球插穗生根率影响不明显,20~30mg/L处理可促进生根数量和生长势,50mg/L以上有抑制作用。We did experiment to study somaclonal reproduction of European Viburnum opulus L. since 2003, using different mediums of turves, perlite, leaf mold and et al. The result showed that the explants of European Viburnum opulus L took root better in turves mediums, and the average rooting rate reached 94.4%, it was observably higher than that in mediums containing leaf mold. In mediums of turves, the length of main root was longer and the numbers of the roots in turves were more than that in mediums containing leaf mold. Leaf mold mediums has higher conductance as 2.46 μs/cm, it is not fit for medium. The conductance of mediums which will plant the explants of European should be lower than 1.10 μs/cm. Using ABT did not make obviously effect in rooting of European Viburnum opulus L Used in the concentration of 20 - 30 mg/L could accelerate the quantity of root and its growth potential, and the concentration of 50 mg/L would be antiblastic to European Viburnum opulus L.
