摘 要:为降低锅炉机械不完全燃烧损失,从锅炉运行优化的角度提出了飞灰含碳质量分数目标值的定义。采用基于趋势提取的检测方法对锅炉原始运行工况数据库进行稳态判定,依据外部约束条件将锅炉稳定运行工况进行分类,以锅炉效率为评价标准获得各工况类中的最优运行工况组成锅炉运行目标工况数据库。以当前工况的运行不可控因素作为当前事例,以锅炉运行目标工况数据库作为事例库,通过相似度计算获得当前工况所对应的飞灰含碳质量分数目标值。实际应用表明该方法计算精度高、实时性好,能够向运行人员实时提供当前工况的飞灰含碳质量分数目标值,为飞灰含碳质量分数的运行调整提供了依据。The definition of target value for unburned carbon mass fraction in fly ash was proposed from the point of operation optimization to reduce the mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss of boiler. The stability of original operation condition database of boiler was judged by the detection method based on trend extraction. The stable operation conditions of boiler were classified into various groups according to the external constraints. With the evaluation criterion of boiler efficiency, the optimum operation condition was obtained and used to establish the case base. A real-time boiler operation optimization model based on case-based reasoning technology was set up and verified. The application result shows that this method is of high precision and real-time performance, in addition, it can provide real-time target value of unburned carbon content in fly ash as a basis for the operation control.
