摘 要:国内火电厂首套完整的现场总线控制系统(FCS)——华能玉环电厂4×1000MW超超临界燃煤机组水处理控制系统目前已投入运行。该FCS采用了Profibus现场总线技术,建立了工业以太网、Profibus-DP、Profibus-PA完整的通信网络,集成了人机界面、PLC控制器、现场总线仪表、现场总线控制设备和驱动设备。该FCS不仅运行可靠,满足控制要求,而且利用现场实时信息,实现了设备远程诊断和管理功能。介绍该系统的结构、特点,分析了首次开发和应用在火电厂的中文界面诊断和管理软件,比较了FCS与传统PLC的经济性,探讨了火电厂应用FCS给自动控制和信息化建设带来的新启示。The first complete set of Fieldbus Control System (FCS) for thermal power plant in China has been in operation in the water treatment control system of 4×1 000 MW ultra-super critical coal-fired units in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant for 9 months. The FCS adopts Profibus technology, establishes the complete communication networks of industry Ethernet, Profibus-DP and Profibus-PA, and integrates Human-Machine Interface, PLC controllers, fieldbus meters, fieldbus control and drive equipments. This FCS is of reliable operation performance to meet the requirements of control, in addition, it realizes the remote diagnosis and management for equipment based on the field real-time information. The structure and features of FCS system was introduced, the Chinese interface diagnosis and management software firstly developed and applied in thermal power plant was analyzed, the economy between FCS and conventional PLC systems was compared, besides, the inspiration of FCS application in thermal power plant for the construction of automatic control and information was discussed.
