摘 要:针对传统点检定修的技术局限性,率先提出SIS点检、点检六化、现代点检等新理念。在SIS平台上开发了设备管理、SIS点检、智能预警等模块,将现代信息技术成果与传统点检结合,构建了全新的现代点检定修模式。生产实践证明,采用新的点检定修模式后,设备健康水平稳步提高,检修费用逐年下降。与2005年相比,2006年机组供电煤耗从326g/(kW·h)下降到324g/(kW·h),设备缺陷同比下降57.8%,用于设备消缺的费用同比下降58.5%。In view of the technical limitations of traditional spot inspection and regular maintenance, several new ideas were proposed such as SIS Spot Inspection, Six Modes for Spot Inspection and Modem Spot Inspection. Base on the SIS platform, the modules including equipment management, SIS spot inspection and intelligent anticipation alarm etc. were developed. Integrating modem IT results with traditional spot inspection, completely new model of Modem Spot Inspection and Regular Maintenance was established. The production practice shows that since the new model was put into operation, the healthy state of equipment has been improved steadily with decreasing overhaul cost yearly. Compared with the data in 2005, the power coal consumption in 2006 was decreased from 326 g/( kW·h) to 324 g/(kW·h ), the equipment defect amount was decreased by 57.8%, and the overhaul cost was decreased by 58.5%.
