摘　　要：目的:探讨隐神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣的临床应用.方法:采用隐神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复小腿前骨外露、足跟部软组织缺损、足趾缺损共11例.结果:皮瓣全部成活,该皮瓣可修复小腿骨外露、足跟骨外露及足趾缺损.结论:该皮瓣是修复小腿及足部软组织缺损的一种较理想的方法.Objective： To study the clinical application of reverse island and saphenous- nerve- nurishing vascular pedicle skin flap. Methods： 11 cases of exposed focile, soft tissue defect of heel and toe defect were treated with this method. Results：All skin flaps survived and the results were satisfactory. Conclusion：This method is ideal and effective for treating soft tissue defect.
