数字化成像在下肢静脉造影中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:明确数字化成像技术在下肢静脉疾患诊断中的应用价值.方法:利用GE公司9800型数字减影机,于2003-2005年间行70例共80条顺行性下肢静脉造影.结果:经造影X线表现正常14条占(17.5%),单纯浅静脉瓣功能不全5条占(6.3%),交通静脉瓣膜关闭功能不全有30肢体占(37.5%).深静脉瓣膜功能不全33条占(41.3%),深静脉血栓形成28条占(35%).结论:利用数字化成像行顺行静脉造影简便安全,创伤少,图像清晰,细节丰富,能为临床提供准确的诊治信息,可作为诊治下肢静脉疾病的首选方法,值得推广.Objective： To investigate the clinical value of digital subtraction venography for the diagnosis of venous diseases of lower limb. Methods： From 2003 to 2005, there were 70 cases, totally 80 limbs were carried out anterograde venography of lower limb vein by the digital subtraction of GE 9800. Results： 14 lower limbs were found nomal（ 17.5 % ） ; there were 5 lower limbs（6.3 % ） with simple valvular insufficiency of shallow vein of lower limb;30 perforating venous insufficiency （37.5%）; 33 lower limbs（41.3% ） with primary valvular insufficiency of deep vein of lower limb; 28 lower limbs（35%）with sequel of thrombosis of deep vein. Conclusion： Anterograde venography is a simple, safe, slight wound, accurate method, and it may be the best method for diagnosis of lower limb diseases.
