摘  要:高校干部考核的决定性作用在于干部的奖惩和任用。为了使考核更加客观和准确,开展定量考核是今后干部考核的重要工作。本文运用灰色系统理论,针对已知信息的不完整性、影响因素的多样性等特点的非确定性问题,在建立聚类决策方法的基础上,结合使用基于Hausdorff度量的模糊TOPSIS法对干部的工作质量进行综合评价,增强干部工作的积极性,促进管理质量和管理水平质量的提高,同时达到对干部公正、公平的考核和评价的效果。Cadres reward and punishment and appointment are decision factors of cadres examination in colleges. The quantitative examination is a important work in the future. The paper is used gray system theory, faced with some indeterminable problems such as imperfection of known information and diversification of influence factors, based on cluster decision, combined with TOPSIS method of Hausdorff metric, integrated evaluation of cadres working quality, enhanced enthusiasm of cadres working, improved quality and level of management, meanwhile achieved justice and equity influence. By using TOPSIS method based on Hausdorff metric, we could evaluate teacher's teaching quality level, enhanced teacher's active emotion, improved teaching quality, meanwhile achieved justice and fair results.
