摘　　要：本文主要论述了城市基础CAD数据到GIS数据转换的一些问题,并介绍了基于Geoway进行CAD数据到GIS数据转换的方法,以及该方法还存在的一些缺陷。This paper mainly presents the problem of the conversion from CAD urban basic data to GIS, and introduces the method of the transform from CAD data to GIS based on the Geoway and some insufficient of this method.
