荧光光谱法研究羟基葫芦[6]脲与二苯胺磺酸钠的分子识别作用

摘  要:采用荧光光谱法研究了羟基葫芦[6]脲(HOCB6)与二苯胺磺酸钠(DPS)之间的相互作用,考察了溶液的pH值、常见有机溶剂和表面活性剂等对该包结物的形成及荧光强度的影响。实验结果表明主客体分子之间通过氢键作用和亲水性端口效应形成了1:1型的HOCB6-DPS外式包结物,其包结常数为1.25×103L.mol-1。同时采用其母体葫芦[6]脲(CB6)进行比较研究。研究发现,CB6与DPS也通过类似方式形成1:1型的外式包结物,其包结常数为2.80×102L.mol-1。但与HOCB6使DPS荧光峰略有蓝移不同,CB6使DPS的荧光峰明显蓝移,说明葫芦脲腔体周围引入的十二个羟基能改变葫芦脲的分子识别能力,导致上述光谱的变化和包结常数存在差别。The inclusion interactions of perhydroxycucurbit [ 6 ] uril ( HOCB6 ) with diphenylamine - 4 - sulfonic acid sodium salt (DPS) were studied by fluorimetric methods. Several effect factors,such as the pH values,common organic solvents and surfactants on the fluorescent intensity and the stability of the complex were investigated. The resuits indicated that the hydrogen - bonding and hydrophilic portal interactions existed between HOCB6 and DPS, which contribute to the formation of 1 : 1 type exo - inclusion complex. The complex constant was determined to be 1.25 × 10^3 L · mol^-1. The comparative study of HOCB6 with CB6 was also carried out by using DPS as guest. The spectra changes show that the stable exo -inclusion complex also was formed between cucurbit[ 6 ] uril and DPS in similar way. The complex constant was determined to be 2.80 × 10^2 L · mol^-1. When HOCB6 was added into the DPS solution,the emission spectra of DPS occurred to a little blue shift with the weaken of the fluorescent intensity. But when CB6 was added into the DPS solution,the emission spectra of DPS occurred to a great blue shift with the weaken of the fluorescent intensity. The results indicated that twelve hydroxy groups graft on the macrocyclic cavity of parent CB6,which changed its capability of ion/molecular recognition. It was responsible for the difference spectroscopic change and complex constants between HOCB6 -DPS and CB6 -DPS.
