摘 要:本文综述了掺钕钨酸钾钆Nd3+:KGd(WO4)2晶体研制近况,介绍了其晶体结构,光谱特性。Nd:KGW晶体具有掺杂浓度高、泵浦阀值低、激光转换效率高的特性;The new development and research on the Nd-doped Potassium gadolinium tungstate (Nd:KGW)laser crystals are summarized. This paper introduced crystal stracture, spectrum characteries. The 5at.% Nd-doped KGW crystal was found to have the highest laser extraction efficiency and the lower pumping threshold. Multiwavelength operation is obtained in Q-switched flashlamp pumped. A strong and broad absorption line that makes this laser medium an excellent candidate for efficient diode pumping without temperature control.
