摘　　要：工业的进步与发展在给人类带来更多产品和服务的同时,也对环境产生了极大的影响。为了解决工业系统与自然环境之间的矛盾,出现了生态工业理论。本文以青白江工业集中发展区为例,运用“关键种”理论选取区内关键种企业、运用食物链(网)理论进行生态工业产业链的设计,以循环经济理论为指导,以实现物质与能量利用最优化为目的,遵循3R原则,从企业内部、企业之间和社会三个不同的层次对该区进行生态工业规划,以便能真正实现该区环境、经济的“双赢”。While bringing more products and services to people,the progress and development of the industry have tremendous impact on the environment. To resolve the contradictions between the natural and industrial systems, the theory of ecoindustry appears. This article takes the Industry Park of Qing Baijiang as an example ,using the theories of ＂key species＂ to select the key enterprises and using the theories of the food chain to design the eco-industrial chains ,following the principle of cycle economy,for the purpose to use materials and energy rationally,to carry out the planning of the eco - industrial park in Qingbai Jiang,from three different levels ,in order to realize ＂the double win＂ of environment and economy. Only in this way can we live up to the sustainable development.
