摘　　要：[目的]了解山东省某省级医院手术后病人发生手术刀口感染暴发的原因，为今后预防类似事件的发生提供参考。[方法]2004年11月到该医院进行现场调查并采样检测。[结果]2004年10月该院第一手术室手术的568人次病人中，发生感染10例，感染率为1．76％。在×牌××密封剂、×牌××密封剂残留液和5例病人手术刀口渗出液中分离出致病性嗜水气单胞菌；分离的致病性嗜水气单胞菌的凝集效价，7份感染者血清为1：320～1：2560，5份普通住院病人血清和36份健康人血清均≤1：80。[结论]本次医院感染暴发与使用×牌××密封剂医疗用品被致病性嗜水气单胞菌污染有密切关系。[Objective]To understand the causes of infection in patients＇ operative cut in a hospital at provincial level, provide scientific basis for prevention. [Methods]On-the-spot investigation was conducted in November 2004, samples collected from the hospital were tested. [Results]Among 568 patients operated in No 1 operating room in October 2004,10 patients were infected , the infected rate was 1. 760/00. Pathogenic aeromonas hydrophila was isolated from the medical sealant , residual solution of the sealant and exudates from the operating cut in 5 patients. The agglutination titer was 1 ： 320- 1：2 560 in the serum collected from 7 infected patients, it was ≤1：80 in the serum collected from 5 general inpatients and from 36 healthy persons. [Conclusion]The hospital infection was closely related to the medical sealant contaminated by aeromonas hydrophila.
