摘　　要：[目的]了解滕州市城乡居民吸烟和控烟知识、态度和行为现状,为在居民中开展戒烟活动提供科学依据。[方法]2005年,在滕州市分层整群随机抽取城镇居民158人、农村居民402人进行调查。[结果]调查560人,总吸烟率为25.18%,现吸烟率为22.86%。现吸烟率男性为35.67%,女性为2.75%。部分调查对象知晓吸烟的危害性,赞成不吸烟或应该戒烟,希望了解更多吸烟与控制吸烟的有关知识。[结论]滕州市部分城乡居民的吸烟率较高,吸烟与控制吸烟有关知识有待提高。[Objective]To find out smoking and knowledge,attitude, practice of tobacco control among the residents in Tengzhou,provide scientific evidence to carry out smoking cessation activities. [Metbods] In 2005, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 158 urban residents and 402 rural residents. [Results]Among the 560 persons investigated, the total smoking rate was 25.18%, the current smoking rate was 22.86%. The current smoking rate in male residents was 35.67 % ,and female residents was 2.75 %. Some of residents investigated knew the damage and supported no-smoking or tobacco control,and wanted to understand more about smoking and tobacco control. [Conclusion]Smoking rate in Teng- zhou residents was high. Health education on knowledge of smoking cessation and tobacco control among residents should be strengthened.
