摘 要:目的评价细胞膜脂质流动性在肺结核与肺癌鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法采用荧光标记技术测定细胞膜脂质流动性。结果肺结核和肺癌支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)淋巴细胞膜脂质流动性分别为8.598±2.987和27.208±3.14,二者相比有显著差异(P<0.01);肺结核治疗前后BALF淋巴细胞膜脂质流动性分别为8.598±2.987和2.818±0.218,二者相比差异明显(P<0.01)。结论细胞膜脂流动性的测定有助于肺结核与肺癌的鉴别,并可成为评价肺结核治疗效果的指标。Objective To evaluate the application value of membrane lipid fluidity in differential diagnosis between pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer. Methods Fluorescence labeling probe technique was used for detecting the membrane lipid fluidity. Results The membrane lipid fluidity of lymphocytes from broncho- alveolar hvage fluid(BALF) in pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer patients was respectively 8.598 ± 2.987 and 27.208 ± 3.14,and statistics significant difference was obvious; The membrane lipid fluidity of lymphocytes from BALF of pre-post treatment in pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 8.598 ± 2.987 和 2.818 ± 0.218 respectively ,and significant diffenence was indicated. Condusion The detecting of membrane lipid fluidity of lymphocytes was useful in differential diagnosis between pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer, and could be useful index to evaluate therapeutic efficacy of pulmonary tuberculosis.
