摘　　要：目的探讨人结肠癌细胞因子信号转导抑制因子3(SOCS-3)的表达。方法应用RT-PCR法测定10例人正常结肠组织、14例癌旁组织、15例结肠癌组织SOCS-3的表达。结果与正常结肠组织相比较,86.7%(13/15)病例SOCS-3 mRNA的表达显著降低或未检测到表达(P<0.001);癌旁组织均检测到SOCS-3表达,表达水平与正常结肠组织无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论SOCS-3基因缺失可能与结肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression level of suppressor of cytokine signaling-3 in the human cancer of colon. Methods The expression level of SOCS-3 was detected by RT-PCR, including ten human normal colon tissues, fourteen specimens peri tumor tissues, fifteen cancer of colon specimens. Results Compared to the normal colon specimens , the expression level of SOCS-3 in cancer of colon was significantly lower or can＇ t be detected（ P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion This result show that the deletion of suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 is associated to the development and progress of cancer of colon.
