多指标监测妊娠期高血压疾病血液粘稠性

摘　　要：目的对妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇、正常孕晚期孕妇及非孕育龄妇女血小板参数及红细胞参数的测定来探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者血液粘稠性的变化,以寻求其对妊娠期高血压疾病病情监测及防治的指导意义。方法检测、分析86例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇与44例孕晚期孕妇及26例非孕育龄妇女(对照组)MAP、HCT、RBC、Hb、MCV、PLT、MPV、PCT、PDW的变化。结果妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇与孕晚组相比随着MAP增高,PLT、PCT减少(P<0.01);MPV、PDW增加(P<0.01);RBC、Hb、MCV无显著性变化(P>0.05)HCT(排除贫血患者)增高(P<0.01);随HCT值增高,血小板有相应增高趋势,但无统计学差异。结论HCT是反应妊娠期高血压疾病血液粘度和血容量的一项重要指标;血小板各参数既可作为血液粘度的重要参数,又可作为血小板聚集状态的重要指标。Objective TO study the change of blood viscosity by deteminning the change of Platelet parameters. HCT（Hematocrite） and other parameters of RBC during late gestation in normal pregnant women and patients with Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy in order to explore the significance of them in predicting Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancyMethods examine and maesure the change of MAP.HCT.RBC .Hb.MCV. PLT.MPV.PCT.PDW in 86 pitients with Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy,44 normal pregnant women and 26 normal non- pregnancy women. Results With the higher of MAP, Both PLT and PCT in pitiens with Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy were signifisantly lower than these in the normal pregnant women（ P 〈 0.01）,and MPV .PDW were significantly higher（ P 〈 0.01 ） in pitiens with Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy ;No differences were found in RBC. Hb. MCV between these groups（ P 〉 0.05）. HCT（ exclusive the pitients with amenia） was significantly higher（ P 〈 0.01） in pitiens with Hypertensive disorders comlicating pregnancy ; （ P 〈 0.01 ） ;with the higher of HCT, PLT increased accorddingly,but had no statistical changes. Conclusion HCT is an important mark of blood viscosity;Platelet parameters can be an important index of blood viscosity and an evaluation of Platelet aggregation
