摘　　要：目的探讨二种方法对同一标本D-二聚体的测定结果是否具有可比性。方法分别用胶体金免疫渗透法和在全自动分析仪上使用的免疫比浊法检测120份健康体检及住院病人标本。结果两种方法的测定结果相关性良好,相关系数r=0.991,无显著差异。结论D-二聚体的多种检测方法中,胶体金免疫渗透试验和在全自动分析仪上使用的免疫比浊法拥有各自的优点,可以根据实际情况采取不同的方法检测,结果具有可比性。Objective To explore the two methods in detecting the D-dipolymer and compare whether the two results being conformable. Methods To detect the Serum of 120 people in medical examination or in hospital by the Colloid gold immunofiltration assay and the Inanune turbidimetry. Results The correlation of two methods is very well, the correlative cofficient r = 0.991, there is no obvious difference. Conclusion Collid gold immunofiltration assay and immune turbidimetry has their own advantage in the multiform methods of D-diplolymer detection, the results are conformable.
