摘　　要：为贯彻落实中央关于建设社会主义新农村的重大战略部署,武汉市实施了以增收致富、改善农民生产生活条件为目的的“家园建设行动计划”,通过制定《新农村建设规划技术指导意见书》,明确新农村建设的类型、标准及项目内容,提出“四通”、“四改”、“一化”和“一室一场”的具体要求,并动员社会各方力量,完成了王家河镇卧虎村等一批试点村的规划编制。To implement the strategic deployment of Chinese central government about new socialist countryside construction, Wuhan city carried out ＂home construction action plan＂, which aims at improving farmers＇ income and life conditions. By making ＂guidelines of new countryside construction tehcniques＂ and clarifying the types, standards, and contents of new countryside construction, Wuhan city puts forward the requirement of ＂four connections, four changes, one septic tank, and one room, one ground＂, and finished a number of expenmental village plans by convening different social forces.
