摘 要:本文对CIMMYT人工合成种衍生小麦新品种川麦42的产量、抗病性、品质等主要农艺性状,及蛋白质、分子等水平的研究结果进行了概述。川麦42是一个具有超高产潜力、高抗条锈病、适应性广、稳产性高、品质优和综合性状优良的小麦新品种,具有进一步推广应用价值。同时,可作为高产和抗病基因资源加以利用。Chuanmai 42 is a new wheat variety derived from the CIMMYT synthetic hexapldd wheat ( Triticum durum xAegilops tauschii). It had 20 % to 35 % higher yields than the commercial check variety during two years of yield trial. Chuanmai 42 is the first wheat variety with a average yields more than six tons per hectare in the Sichuan provincial yield trials. It is also the first self-made synthetic derivatives from CIMMYT synthetic wheat to farmers in the world and has already become an important breeding parent also in other programs in China. The recent advance of genetic evaluation of Chuanmai 42 by using biochemical and molecular markers was summarized in present paper.
