摘 要:在小麦条锈病的常发区,对源于CIMMYT的CI-66和CI-7分别与川麦28杂交的F1、F2和BC1群体进行抗性鉴定,研究其成株期在自然发病条件下的抗性表现及杂交后代的抗感分离情况。结果表明,CI-66由1对显性纯合基因控制;CI-7则由1对显性基因和1对隐性基因的互补作用控制。同时,利用CIMMYT材料成功地选育出两份高抗条锈兼抗白粉病材料99B911和999B946。本文还利用30份CIMMYT小麦材料分析了成株抗性与播期的关系,为筛选稳定抗性小麦新材料提供了依据。Two CIMMYT wheat germplasms CI-66 and CI-7 showed highly resistance to local stripe rust races. In order to analyses the inheritance of resistances in CI-66 and CI-7, he Fl , F2 and BC1 populations of Chuanmai28/CI-66 and Chuanmai28/CI-7 were tested in natural condition and the hot spot of stripe rust epidemics,respectively. The phenotype of the F1 ,F2 and BC1 adult plants were investigated for responso to mixed rares. The results showed that resistance in the CI-66 was eontroned by one dominant gene. The resistance of CI-7 was controlled by complementary action of one dominant geae and one recessive geae. And two advanced line 99B911 and 998946 with high resistanees to stripe rust and powdery mildew,were successfully developed by using CIMMYT resistant germplasm. Thirty CIMMYT germplasms were also employed to evaluate the relationship between stripe rust resistance and sowing date for screening wheat lines with stable resistance.
