摘　　要：ERP是新一代体现了先进管理思想和方法的管理信息系统,需要有与其相应的实施条件.本文结合ERP应用现状分析,讨论了在现有条件下我国企业ERP建设中可能面临的共同风险,并探讨了相应的对策和实施策略.ERP is a new MIS embodying advanced management thought and method, which needs to have corresponding implementation condition. In this paper, the main risks of ERP which may face in Chinese enterprise on current sense are discussed, from the present situation analysis of ERP application, and the corresponding countermeasures and the implementation strategies are presented.
