摘　　要：煤炭产业在初步形成产业组织结构创新、产业技术升级和产业体制创新的三大新型发展战略之后,文化建设成为又一大战略性议题。本文从全球可持续发展理念、科学发展、和谐发展理念、以人为本理念、安全—效率—效益相统一理念及市场化理念入手,分析了煤炭产业文化建设的思路与意义。The establishment of coal industry culture will become a great strategic issue after the coal industry forming three new developmental strategies：the innovation of organizational structure,the upgrading of industrial technique and the innovation of industrial system.The article analyzes the methods and meanings of the establishment of coal industry culture through reflecting the idea of global sustainable development,the idea of scientific development and harmonious development,the idea of human-oriented,the idea of unification of safety,efficiency and benefit and the idea of market.
