摘　　要：目的探讨注射腰麻药后保持左侧卧位预防剖宫产术低血压的效果和合适时间。方法选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ足月妊娠，无妊娠高血压综合征行剖宫产术施腰麻患者80例，随机分为两组，每组各40例。Ⅰ组：注腰麻药后仍保持左侧卧位100s才仰卧。记录胎儿取出前最低血压和麻醉时间；15min后的麻醉平面。Ⅱ组：注腰麻药后仍保持左侧卧位180s才仰卧。其他同Ⅰ组。结果两侧最高平面（10），差异无显著性（P〉0．05），胎儿取出前低血压发生率Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别为60％和15％，呈显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论注腰麻药后仍侧卧180s再仰卧可明显减少腰麻下剖宫产术低血压的发生率。Objective To investigate the preventive effects on hypotension with delay the time of lateral position in cesarean section. Methotis ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ term 80 pregnant women underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups, each of 40. After injected spinal anesthetic drugs, all the patients in group Ⅰ lay by left lateral position till 100 seconds. The lowest blood pressure before embryo took out and the time of anesthesia were recorded. In group Ⅱ , all the patients lay by left lateral position till 180 seconds after injected spinal anesthetic drugs and other operation was same as group Ⅰ . Results The highest level of anesthesia at T6-4 is no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05） in two groups. The incidences of hypotension are respectively 60% and 15% ingronp Ⅰ and group Ⅱ , which is significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion After pregnant women injected spinal anesthetic drugs, left lateral position 180 seconds delay can obviously reduce hypotension during cesarean section.
