摘　　要：目的探讨提高睾丸损伤的诊断与治疗水平。方法对26例睾丸损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果B超检查确诊24例，凹检查确诊2例。保守治疗5例，手术治疗21例，无死亡，均痊愈出院。随访20例，随访3个月～2年，患侧睾丸萎缩并性功能减退1例，阳痿1例。结论B超检查是诊断睾丸损伤的首选方法，伤后应尽早行B超检查，早期手术探查可最大限度保留睾丸组织，减少并发症发生。Objective To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment for testieular injury. Methods The clinical data of 26 testieular injury patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results 24 testieular injury patients were diagnosed by B-ultrasonography and 2 by CT. 5 cases were treated with conservative therapy and 21 with surgical treatment. All patients were cured. There were 1 ease with testieular atrophy accompanied with sexual function decrement and 1 ease with erectile dysfimetion in 20 eases during the follow-up for 3 months to 2 years. Conclusion B-ultrasonography is the initial technique for diagnosis of testieular injury, so it should be given as early as possible. Early and timely operation can make it possible to eanserve more testieular tissue and reduce complications.
