摘　　要：目的评价尼古丁贴片的长期戒烟效果。方法通过高敏感性搜索策略搜索RCT,并应用严格的纳入和排除标准进行筛检,对所选研究的结果进行Meta分析。结果尼古丁贴片组的1a戒烟率是安慰剂组的1.50倍(95%CI为1.27～1.78,z=4.68,P<0.00001)。结论尼古丁贴片有长期的戒烟效果。Objective To evaluate the long-term effect of nicotine patch on smoking cessation. Methods To search for randomized controlled trials using highly sensitive search strategy and screen studies according to strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, then presenting a recta-analysis of the results of selected trials. Results One-year smoking cessation rate of nicotine patch group was 1.5 times larger than placebo group （95 % CI ： 1.27-1.78, z = 4,68, P 〈 0. 00001 ）. Conclusions Nicotine patch is effective in long-term smoking cessation.
