低年级大学生自杀意念倾向与应激抑郁关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨低年级大学生自杀意念倾向与应激、抑郁的关系，为预防心理危机发生，降低自杀危险性提供有效对策。方法 采用学生生活应激问卷（SLSI）、贝克抑郁自评量表（BDI-13）和自编自杀意念调查表对718名低年级大学生进行了问卷调查。结果 男、女生自杀意念倾向检出率分别为23．7％和36．7％。应激水平高的学生出现自杀意念的危险性是低者的2．40倍；重度抑郁者产生自杀意念的危险性是无者的1．88倍。多因素分析：应激水平高、抑郁程度重的女生更容易出现自杀意念倾向。结论 对应激能力差、抑郁明显的自杀意念学生实施早期有效的学校干预，有利于心理危机和自杀的预防。Objective To study on relations of suicidal ideation, stress and depression of lower grade undergraduate students and prevent the incidence of the suicide. Methods 718 lower grade undergraduate students in medical and technological university were surveyed by the questionnaire of BDI and SLSI. Results Prevalence of suicidal ideation was 36.7% of female students and 23.6% of male students. The risk of suicidal ideation in the students with more stress was as 2.4 times as others; the depressive students are easier to generate suicidal ideation. Conclusion The measures should be taken earlier and effectively to prevent the suicide in the students with depression.
