摘  要:实验教学是培养和提高学生的综合素质、探究与创新能力的重要途径。在医学免疫学实验教学中优化实验教学的形式和内容,在综合性实验的基础上开设设计性实验,教师引导学生质疑、提供信息,启发思路,学生主动、富有个性探究,潜能得到发挥,新的思维、新的能力、新的素质涌现,能使学生掌握基本实验技能操作和基本研究方法,也能获取相应的感性知识,培养学生观察问题,分析、解决问题的能力,寻找解决办法、探究其中规律的严谨科学态度,同时将理论知识、实验技能与科学实践、临床实践有机联系,“授鱼”与“授渔”融合,探究与创新并举。Experimental teaching is an important pathway for training and boosting students' comprehensive diathesis, exploring and innovative ability. In medical immunology experimental teaching, we optimize style and content of experimental teaching again.Based on comprehensive experiments, designing experiments are set up, in which teachers provide information, guide students to question, enlighten their thinking. Students are active in exploration, reveal their more potency, and produce new thinkings, new abilities, new diathesis. All those promote students to grasp basic experimental skills and research methods, to train students' abilities of observing question, analyzing and solving problems. Accordingly, students are positive in searching methods of solving problems, and explore its regularity, meanwhile, theoretical knowledge, experimental skills, science and clinical practice are closely connected, teaching "fish" mixing together with teaching "fishing", with exploration and innovation developing simultaneously.
