摘  要:利用小麦京771×Pm97034产生的重组自交系(recombinant inbred lines,RIL)群体,对Zeleny沉淀值、谷蛋白膨胀指数(swelling index of glutenin,SIG)、湿面筋含量、面筋指数、面粉膨胀势、碱性水保持力(alkline water retention capacity,AWRC)、籽粒硬度、蛋白质含量等8个品质性状在RIL群体中的分离和分布规律进行了研究。结果表明,这些品质性状在重组自交系群体中呈连续变异,分布频率大致接近正态分布,同时存在双向超亲分离现象。多元逐步回归分析表明:SIG值、面筋指数、蛋白质含量和籽粒硬度可以解释Zeleny沉淀值的77.7%的表型变异,其中SIG值与Zeleny沉淀值的关系最密切。Investigation was made on the separation and distribution law and its relationship of eight quality traits including Zeleny sedimentation value, SIG value, the wet gluten content, the gluten index, swelling power (SP), AWRC, the grain degree of hardness, the protein contents, on the basis of the recombinant inbred lines (RIL) population, produced by using common wheat Jing 771 × Pm97034. The results indicated that these quality traits in the recombinant inbred lines assumed the continuous variation and the distributed frequency approximately closed to normal distribution, and the tremendous transgress segregation for all traits were observed. The multi - dimensional gradually regression analysis indicated that SIG value, the gluten index, the protein content and degree of hardness may explain the 77. 7% phenotype variation of Zeleny sedimentation value, and it also indicated that there was the closest relationship between SIC value and the Zeleny sedimentation value.
