摘 要:将化学聚合所得的聚苯胺(PANI)粉末分散于羟基丙烯酸树脂中,可制备出粘接力强、有一定导电性的防腐蚀涂料。通过测量不同PANI含量涂层的开路电位、自腐蚀电流及涂层的交流阻抗谱随时间的变化,研究了聚苯胺含量对涂层防蚀性的影响。结果表明,聚苯胺含量过高或过低,涂层的防蚀性均不佳,只有当聚苯胺含量为10%~15%时,涂层的防蚀性最好。基于不同PANI含量的涂层经不同浸泡时间后等效电路的变化,探讨了聚苯胺的防腐蚀机制。The powders of polyaniline(PANI) prepared via chemical oxidation polymerization were introduced into hydroxyacrylic acid resin to fabricate a conductive painting with good adhesion to substrate and corrosion resistance as well.The open-circuit potential,corrosion current density,and alternating current impedance of the coatings at varied durations were measured using electrochemical technique,which was aiming at revealing the effect of the PANI content on the anticorrosion ability of the coating.At the same time,the anticorrosion mechanisms of the coatings were primarily discussed by taking into account the changes of the corrosion current density and the equivalent circuits of the Z plots with the immersion time.The results showed that the PANI/hydroxyacrylic acid resin coating containing 10%~15%(mass fraction) PANI had the best corrosion prevention for carbon steel.
