摘 要:为了延长盐水钻井液中G105钢钻杆的使用寿命,通过电化学阻抗谱(EIS)的测量分析,对在盐水钻井液中G105钢钻杆的钨酸盐系复合缓蚀剂进行了研究,并采用失重法通过室内动态模拟试验对所获配方进行了验证。结果表明,钨酸盐与有机胺A有较好的协同效应,复配而成的缓蚀剂具有较好的缓蚀效果;最佳配比为:钨酸盐:有机胺A=1:1(质量比),复配缓蚀剂在最佳用量为0.12%(质量分数)时,缓蚀率在85%以上。The inhibitive action of tungstate-based inhibitor for the drill pipe made of G105 steel in saltwater drilling fluid was studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,aiming at increasing the service lifespan of the drill pipe in the saltwater drilling fluid.The effectiveness of the relevant formulation of the inhibition fluid was verified making use of indoor dynamic simulation test and mass loss measurement.The experimental results showed that tungstate and cyclic ethane had good synergistic inhibition function.The inhibitor formulated from the two components had very good corrosion-inhibition action to the steel drill pipe in saltwater drilling fluid.In particular,the optimized mass ratio for the tungstate and cyclic ethane was suggested to be 1:1,and the optimized dosage of the combined inhibitor was determined to be 0.12%(mass fraction).The inhibitive efficiency of the steel drill pipe by the optimized combined corrosion inhibitor was as much as 85% and above.
