摘  要:试验选用50日龄罗曼褐壳蛋鸡200羽,随机分成两组,每组100羽,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加1.5%的蜂花粉,探讨蜂花粉对蛋鸡的生产性能及甲状腺激素的影响。试验期间记录每天产蛋数,每10天每组随机取鸡蛋30枚逐一称重;于150日龄、210日龄每组随机取鸡6羽,心脏采血、分离血清,测定血液中甲状腺素(T4)和三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)的含量。结果表明,试验组的产蛋量、产蛋率,平均蛋重显著或极显著高于对照组;150日龄血清中T4水平显著低于对照组、T3/T4比值极显著高于对照组;210日龄血清中T3水平、T3/T4比值极显著、显著降低。结论:日粮添加1.5%蜂花粉能明显提高蛋鸡的生产性能,影响血清中甲状腺激素的水平。200 layers of 50- day- old were randomly divided into two groups: each group include 100 layers. The control group was fed on the basic diet, and the experimental group was supple 1.5 % bee pollen , to study the effect of bee pollen on performance and thyroid hormones of layer. In experiment period, the dayly eggs were recorded, and 30 eggs were selected randomly and weighted every ten days. Six layers in each group and total twelve layers were selected randomly and slaughtered at 150 and 210 - day - old. The blood were taken from heart and the serum were obtained by centrifugation to determine the level of T3 and T4. Results: The average egg weight and the laying ratio were increased significantly or extremely significantly in experiment group compared with control group; At 150 - day - old T4 level was decreased and ratio of T3/T4 was increased significantly or extremely significantly. But at 210 -day -old ,the T3 level and ratio of T3/T4 were decreased extremely significantly and significant. The results showed that the diet supplemented by 1.5% bee pollen in layer could in- crease the performance and the effect that the level of thyroid hormone of layers.
