空间条件对多年生黑麦草(子1代)植株的影响

摘  要:“神舟”四号飞船搭载多年生黑麦草超级德比(Derby Supreme)干种子在地面种植收获的子1代种子,与未搭载收获的子1代种子为对照,对发芽率、株高、分蘖数等指标进行测定,并对表型有差异的植株进行同工酶分析。结果表明,空间条件对多年生黑麦草子1代种子发芽率影响不明显,对株高、分蘖数影响较明显,且多年生黑麦草子1代植株POD酶在酶谱特征上存在明显的差异。Dry seeds of perennial ryegrass, Derby Supreme carried by SZ-4 spaceship was sowed, and harvested a sub-1 generation of seed, which compared with seeds on the earth. For seeds, characteristics including germination rate, tiller number and plant height were determined. The phenotype of plant which had the differences compared with contral test should carry on isozymes analysis. The result showed that the spatial condition have little impact on the germination rate of perennial ryegrass sub-1 generation, but had obvious impact on plant height and tiller number, moreover, the POD isozymes of perennial ryegrass sub-1 generation plant had obvious difference in the characteristics of POD isozymes.
