摘  要:[目的]调查广东省脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)对5种抗生素的体外敏感性,以了解广东省脑膜炎奈瑟菌的耐药性并指导流脑防治工作。[方法]采用Etest法测定从各种标本中分离到的48株脑膜炎奈瑟菌对5种抗菌素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]脑膜炎奈瑟菌对5种抗生素的体外药敏结果依次为:氨苄西林MIC900.047μg/ml、MIC500.032μg/ml;氯霉素MIC901.000μg/ml、MIC500.750μg/ml;利福平MIC90G256μg/ml、MIC500.380μg/ml;磺胺异恶唑MIC90G256μg/ml、MIC50G256μg/ml;头孢三嗪MIC均<0.016μg/ml。[结论]广东省脑膜炎奈瑟菌对氨苄西林、氯霉素、头孢三嗪的敏感率高,仍可作为临床治疗流脑的首选药物,而对磺胺异恶唑、利福平的耐药率高,其作为流脑首选的预防用药的传统地位受到了严重挑战。[Objective]To investigate the antimicrobial supcepitibility of 48 strains of Neisseria meningitidis(Nm) in vitro in Guangdong province, provide the guidance for control and prevention of Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis. [Methods]Etest method was used to determine the MICs of Ampicillin and other 4 agents against 48 strains of Nm isolated from several samples of patients and the healthy persons in Guangdong province. [Results]The percentage of susceptibility in vitro ,MIC90 and MIC50 of Nm to Ampicillin, Chloramphenicol, Rifampin, Sulfafurazole and Cefatrizine were 100.0% (MIC90 0. 047 μg/ml,MIC50 0.032 μg/ml), 100.0% (MIC90 1. 000 μg/ml,MIC50 0. 750 μg/ml), 100. 0% (all MIC % 0. 016 μg/ml), 4.2% (MIC90 G256 μg/ml,MIC50 G256 μg/ml) and 54.2% (MIC90 G256 μg/ml,MIC50 0. 380 μg/ml) ,respectively. [Conclusion] The sensitivity of Nm to Ampicillin, Chloramphenicol and Cefatrizine was very high, they can be the medicines to be used firstly in the treatment, while that of Nm to Sulfafurazole and Rifampin was higher. So Sulfafurazole and Rifampin, as the first selected antibiotics for Nm therapy were challenged.
