2005年度济南市市中区细菌性痢疾资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解济南市市中区2005年细菌性痢疾的流行特点及其影响,探讨防治措施。[方法]对济南市市中区15个办事处的细菌性痢疾流行病学资料进行分析,人口资料来源于市中区公安局。[结果]年平均发病率69.61/10万,发病率最高的是7月(13.26/10万);全区15个办事处均有病例报告,发病率最高的是舜耕路街道办事处(501.60/10万)、发病率最低的是党家庄镇办事处(14.58/10万)。男性年均发病率为83.53/10万,女性年均发病率为62.68/10万,差异无统计学意义(2χ=1.023,P>0.05)。学生发病人数最多,占19.31%。[结论]今后应加大在学校中对细菌性痢疾防治的宣传力度,发放有关宣传品,加强学生的卫生观念,养成良好个人卫生习惯,增强教师和学校管理人员防治细菌性痢疾的意识,降低菌痢的发病率。[Objective]To understand the epidemical characteristic and influence of bacillary dysentery in Shizhong district in 2005,explore prevention and control measure. [Methods]Analysis on the data of bacillary dysentery collected from 15 street administrative offices in Shizhong district was conducted （ population data were provided by Shizhong Public Security Bureau ）. [Results]Average yearly incidence rate of the disease was 69.61/100 000. The highest incidence rate was in July （13.26/100 000）There were case reports from 15 street administrative offices each year. The highest incidence rate was reported by the administrative office of Shungeng street （501.60/100 000）. The lowest incidence rate was reported by the administrative office of Dangjia town （14.58/100 000）. The average yearly incidence rate in male was 83.53/100 000. It was 62.68/100 000 in female. There was no difference （ X^2=1.03, P T0.05）. The most cases were students,accounting for 19.31% of the total. [Conclusion]Propaganda on bacillary dysentery prevention and control in schools must be strengthened. Students should cultivate good personal hygienic habits. Teachers and leaders of the schools must pay more attention to prevent and control bacillary dysentery in schools in order to reduce the occurrence of the disease.
