活体皮纹特征提取技术在祛皱类化妆品的定量分析研究

摘　　要：目的探讨无创伤性获取人活体皮纹图像,特征提取与定量分析法,在祛皱类化妆品的定量分析与功效评价中的应用。方法采用干预皮肤数字图像采集法,结合图像预处理技术;可控性LED光线强度法和CCD皮肤图像采集技术,对皮纹图像进行自动光场修正和皮纹的中心线提取,观察测量鱼尾纹的SAR、SSD、AAR、SR、MR参数。结果发现靶目标的区从第0周开始,使用EGF祛皱美容霜后的各项皮纹参数随时间的推移呈现明显下降趋势,而在第4周的皮纹进行自身对照与组间对照,各项参数值明显下降,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论这一方法总结了皮纹的SAR和SSD是最客观、有效和敏感的参数,为皮肤生理病理学的研究尤其是祛皱护肤类化妆品的功效评价提供了满意的定量分析指标。Objective To evaluate the application of quantitative analytical method for sleeve opening creases cosmetics quantitative analysis and efficacy evaluation with non-traumatic occlusion obtain in image of dermatoglyph in vivo and feature extraction. Methods To observe measure parameter of SAR SSD,AAR,SR,MR in fishtail lines with dermatoglyph image adjusted automatic light Rome and dermato- glyphic principal ray pheresis by intervention dermatoglyph collection in vivo, image preconditioning technique, controllability LED ray intensity method and CCD skin image collection technique. Results Our study shows every parameter of objective district in downtrend with time prolonging by used sleeve opening creases Cosmetic cream which contains epidermal growth factor, own control and interlocks control have significant difference in the fourth week. Conclusions The method provides approving quantitative analysis index for the dermatic physiopathology study, especially skin protection cosmetics efficacy evaluation.
