摘　　要：结合先进的用例分析技术,进行了基于用例方法的电力企业需求分析建模的尝试,提出了一般的实现方法,分析了采用用例分析技术的优势所在,该用例建模项目可望促进电力企业的信息化和标准化的实施和发展.Based on a material instance, the polestar of analyzing requirement by use-case analysis technique is discussed and the practical method and process are brought forward. The advantages of using it is analyzed. This use case modeling project is hopeful for electric enterprise to accelerate the implementation and development of its informationization and standardization.
