人类活动对奇台县地下水变化的影响

摘　　要：通过野外调查和分析,了解了奇台县地下水资源变化的基本情况,对其地下水的变化特征和人类活动对地下水的影响作了重点分析。人类在过度开发利用地表水的同时,大量开采引用地下水,两水之间的互相补给的平衡关系遭到了破坏,使得地下水和地表水的转化条件、潜水水位以及泉水出露等产生了明显的变化,导致植被衰退、土地盐渍化、沙进人退、草原退化等生态环境效应,严重威胁到绿洲农业的稳定发展和生态环境。要实现奇台县社会经济的可持续发展,必须认识到水资源转化的特点,加强水资源的水政管理,重视节水农业技术的应用,突出生态建设,加快水管体系建设。Based on field investigation and indoor analysis, the basic condition of groundwater resources in Qitai County was known, and this paper mainly analyzes the variations of groundwater and impact of human activities for groundwater. While people overexploited and utilized the surface water, excess drafted the groundwater,which destroied the equilibrium relationship between groundwater and surface water, caused the transformation condition between groundwater and surface water, ground water level as well as the spring outflow and so on are obviously changed, have made some serious eco-environment effects, such as vegetation degeneration, land salinization, desert encroachment, grassland degeneration, etc. All of these seriously threaten to stabi- lization and development of the oasis agriculture and eco-environment. To achieve the sustainable development of the economic society, the Qitai County should realize the transformation characteristics of water resources, strengthen water management, give more concern for applications of water saving technique, give prominence to ecology construction and accelerate the construction of water management system.
