摘　　要：水资源合理配置是水资源规划的核心部分,也是实现水资源可持续利用的有效措施之一,要解决辽宁省目前水资源短缺、供需矛盾突出等问题,必须对水资源进行合理配置。本文围绕辽宁省的具体情况对水资源状况和存在问题进行分析,并从水资源规划角度提出辽宁省水资源合理配置的对策及建议。Rational water resources allocation is the nucleus part of water resources planning. And it is one of the effective measures to achieve sustainable utilization of water resources. To sovle the problems such as the shortage of water resources, the contradiction of supply and need etc,we must carry out the rational water resources allocation. This paper has analyzed the water resources conditions and existing problems on the concrete circumstances of Liaoning, put forward the Countermeasures and suggestion for rational water resources allocation in Liaoning by the water resources planning angle.
