摘  要:通过实际生产从工艺角度分析了底注法生产窄结晶温度范围高强度黄铜时夹杂、缩孔缺陷的产生机理。针对底注法所出现的问题并根据该材料为窄凝固范围的合金,有逐层凝固的特点,采用了平浇立冷的工艺方法。该方法在型腔中建立了一个递增的温度梯度,使铜液在平稳状态下充型、顺序凝固,消除了夹杂、缩孔缺陷。The mechanism of the inclusion and shrinkage cavity in high-strength brasses produced by bottom running method was analyzed from the point of view of production technology. According to the problems on bottom running method and the narrow crystallization range of this alloy that can freeze layer-by-layer, the measure named pouring horizontally and cooling vertically method was put forward. The incremental temperature gradient in the impression is formed. And it can keep the cavity fill stationary in progressive solidification. It avoids the inclusion and shrinkage cavity.
