摘  要:采用超音速颗粒轰击技术对铬锆铜表面进行处理,利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)分析研究了表面层的组织结构,并测量了处理后铬锆铜的表层硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明:经超音速颗粒轰击处理后,铬锆铜表层晶粒得到细化,而且表层的硬度远高于心部,材料的耐磨性能得到很大的提高。A Cr-Zr-Cu surface layer was fabricated by using Supersonic Particles Bombarding (SSPB) technology. The surface structure was characterized by metaloscope and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The surface hardness and wear resistance were measured. Experimental results showed that after the SSPB treatment for a short period, the grain refinement was formed in the surface layer of Cr-Zr-Cu. And the surface hardness was much higher than that at the core, and the ultimate wear resistance was significantly improved.
