摘 要:对生物膜-MBR和MBR进行了洗涤废水的试验研究。结果表明,两个系统对LAS、COD及NH3-N均具有良好的去除效果。并且,生物膜-MBR的运行条件要优于MBR,其中生物膜-MBR的运行条件:水力停留时间4~4.5h,气水体积比35∶1,而MBR的运行条件:水力停留时间9~10h,气水体积比45∶1。在进水水质相同的条件下,就膜生物反应器的上清液而言,生物膜-MBR具有更好的抗冲击负荷能力;通过膜污染的研究结果表明,MBR的膜污染程度较轻。Biofilm-MBR and MBR were compared in treating washing wastewater. The results showed that, the two systems showed good removing effect on LAS, COD and NH3-N. the operating condition of membrane-MBR was superior than that of MBR, which was: the HRT was 4 - 4.5 h, the gas-water ratio was 35 : 1; while, the operation condition of MBR was: the HRT was 9 - 10 h, gas-water ratio was 45 : 1. When the quality of influent water was identical, membrane-MBR had better anti-shock load capacity which was indicated through the upper clean liquid of the membrane reactors; the results of the study of membrane fouling showed that, the degree of membrane fouling of MBR was fairly light.
