试论信息经济时代的信息管理

摘　　要：信息管理的发展具有鲜明的时代特征,在信息经济时代信息管理具有T、Q、C、S的全面优化,充分注意人、技术和组织的有机集成,注重图书馆内的集成,注重图书馆生态系统的良性发展,强调发挥知识型员工的积极性和创造性,强调系统的动态优化,强调图书馆要服务于社会等特点,并要求提高信息管理人员的信息素质。目前信息管理的研究方向主要有建立信息资源整合体系、提供新型的参考咨询服务、提供个性化的信息服务、建设信息资源共享体系、建设作为知识门户的图书馆网站、数字图书馆的开发研究、构筑数字化学术交流平台、图书馆信息技术与资源管理的知识创新研究等课题。Information management development has distinctive ear features and optimizes time, quality, cost and service. It pays flail attention to the integration of human resources, technologies and organization, internal integration of library as well as correct development of library ecosystem. It emphasizes activity and creativity of librarians and stresses the library should serve the society by improving the librarians＇ quality. At present, information management research mainly focuses on the following subjects： information integration system, new type preference service, personalized information service, information sharing system, library website, digital library, digital communication platform and management innovation.
